Ashley Galina Dudarenok – ChoZan & Alarice International

Ashley is a China marketing expert with 12 years experience in the region. She runs world’s No.1 China Marketing Vlog, called AshleyTalks, with thousands of followers from around the world.


Ashley is the founder of a Alarice (a social media agency) and ChoZan (a resources platform for China-focused marketers). She is a member of Alibaba’s Global Influencer Entourage and works with Tencent’s core founder on conquering Western social media.


In the past seven years, Ashley has worked with more than 100 brands and organizations from 30 countries, helping them enter the China.


Ashley often shares her knowledge and experience in a variety of magazines, including Forbes, CNBC, Huffington Post, SCMP, China Daily, Hong Kong Economic Times, Ming Pao, Jing Daily, Wen Wei Po, The Asian Entrepreneur, Jumpstart Magazine, HK01, Macau Business Daily and others.

Kim Leitzes – ParkLU

Kim Leitzes is the co-founder of ParkLU, an influencer marketing platform that connects consumer brands with social media content creators in China. Her team has developed proprietary technology that makes it easy for brands to search and filter through thousands of data rich key opinion leader (KOL) profiles, and proceed to engage them in collaborative projects.


The idea for ParkLU started when Leitzes was running a digital marketing agency that specialized in content and social for cross-border e-commerce, helping Fortune 500 companies and SMEs navigate the China market.


Realizing the effectiveness and challenges of influencer engagement in China, Leitzes decided to combine data-driven technology with community know-how, so brands and influencers could find the perfect fit. Kim began her career in fashion retail working at a leading consumer and retail boutique investment bank, Financo, where she advised apparel, accessories and beauty care companies in the U.S. and Asia.  She subsequently joined high-end women’s direct retailer, Bill Blass New York, as Vice President of Strategy. Prior to moving to Shanghai in 2010, Leitzes worked at Macklowe Asset Management, investing exclusively in consumer and retail companies.


Kim holds a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has lived in some of the most inspiring fashion capitals, including New York City and Los Angeles, and now she splits her time between Shanghai and Hong Kong, where she lives with her husband and two year old daughter.


Horris Tse – WeMine

Horris is the Co-founder of WeMine (, a MarTech startup that specializes in marketing and technological innovation, which has helped countless MNCs in their implementation of CRM on WeChat.


Before his career as an entrepreneur, Horris had worked in Fortune Global 500 companies including AXA Asia and Telstra, playing a key role in their growth in the APAC region. He is knowledgeable about the intricacies of the highly regulated and ever-evolving Chinese market.


Horris has also served as a mentor in both “Google EYE Program” and “PolyU Micro Fund”, dedicated to the advancement of business and technological innovation in Hong Kong.



Hendrik Kühl – Lion & Lion

Hendrik is a brand and digital marketer who believes marketing should never be seen in isolation, but designed to drive results.


With a primary focus on the Greater China region, Hendrik’s extensive 8-year career has seen him working with clients like Swire, HTC, Fresenius Medical Care, Li & Fung and The North Face.


Hendrik speaks frequently on brand and digital marketing. He was previously engaged by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (Shanghai), delivered a talk at TEDxBantian and was a lead instructor at General Assembly.
